Here are four ideas that can lead to increased profits. Each one of these ideas could be a detailed post, but I wanted to give you a quick, high-level list of things to consider for your business.
Honestly consider your recent practices in these areas. We tend to do well in one or two, I’m suggesting you work on something new.
- Find potential customers who want your service. These are new prospects who are in need. Go look for new leads and fill your pipeline. Work a new target market. Expand your demographics.
- Identify customers who are ready to buy. This means going to the customer when they’ve already got their wallet out. Know your buyer’s decision process. Be there when the decision is made.
- Let customers know you can fill their need. Tell customers you’re ready to get started. Demonstrate that you can deliver as promised. Make it easy for a prospect to place their first order.
- Find customers who will pay. Know who really has the money to purchase and who doesn’t. Don’t waste time with wishful thinkers. Qualify your leads.
I always want to hear feedback on your results. Can you tell me which of these 4 ideas you worked? Or, which area you need more information about.
Tell me what you need and I’ll be happy to deliver! Kay Peck

Thanks for the reminder about question #4. It seems like I waste time with people who don’t have the money to buy.
